The elastic will not narrow when stretched making it perfect for exposed waistbands on a gatd skirt or pants. It is also great for cuff bands and jacket waistbands. It can be used for waist bands, gloves, suspenders, belts, face mask straps, sporting goods, sweat bands, horse blankets and elastic pockets, among others.This elastic has already been preshrunk.
