    Original Antique, ca. 1910s, Burgess & Leigh, Poppy, 16" Rectangle Serving Platter.
    Brown floral transfer, ivory glazed background, earthenware from Middleport Pottery, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.  Deep-rimmed, glazed over incised mark on bottom and hallmarked on the underside of rim (ca. 1910 style), registration number 133743 (ca. 1890 pattern).  Weighs 5 lbs.
    Dimension:  16" long x 12-1/4" wide x 1-5/8" high (table to rim)
