If an item is broken in shipping please notify me immediately with the issues and pictures, you must also acknowledge what you are trying to tell me, just tell me what you want in the email. For damaged items in shipping I will start a claim you must wait until the claim has gone through before any refund is given. If an item is not described you must notify me immediately with the concern and a photo of the item and what was not described. As I said all items are sold AS IS, I do not accept returned items.
