    Description

    Up for auction is one original circa 1930s Forty and Eight shirt from Pueblo Colorado.  The shirt may even date from the late 1920s.   The shirt is cotton with Pueblo and Colo stenciled in paint.  Hand stitched on the right collar is 40/8 and on the left is 827.  The patch on the back appears to possible be a later addition.  Hard to tell.  A very rare early piece of Forty and Eight / American Legion history
