Came off a working
103.22160 and will also fit
103.22161 ... Condition is good!
Despite the photos suggesting otherwise (my wife took those), this style of rail does not use a back rail.  Those are all front rails in the photos, so you have extras for your extensions.  The back of the rail just clamps against the top.
It may fit other models ... Measure your cast iron top from front to back to confirm it's 20".  You may have to drill new holes for mounting or purchase bolts to mount the guide differently ...
