Here is a USED looking Vintage Craftsman Table Saw aluminum FRONT PANEL.
It is from a model  113  22161  table saw.    The scale is included.
The measurement of this as it has come off the saw are About 12" across at the front and 6 9/16" high.   Sides are about 2" out.
It is not perfect.   The metal has a few dents some are shown in photos. Nothing real bad and this is light aluminum and you  maybe able to roll some of this dents out.
I have other parts in the store.
This might be better than yours but you will need to decide.
