Replacement procedure:
Disconnect machine from power.
Slacken the belts by loosening the belt tension bolt and pushing motor up.
Re-tighten bolt to hold motor out of the way..
Elevate the arbor so it is convenient to work on and arbor will still clear when driven out.
Remove belts by sliding them, one at a time, between arbor bracket and other casting.
Loosen the driven pulley set screw.
Apply WD-40 or similar oil through set screw hole.
Remove the blade, and flange.
Remove the lock nut on shaft end opposite of blade.
With a brass punch drive arbor assembly out through blade side.
When removing bearings be careful not to loose the spacers that fit in between them.
To reassemble reverse the process.
