I am not an EMT nor a medical professional. This was in a bag of supplies I purchased and I don’t know anything about the tank or regulator.
NO WARRANTY and NO RETURNS allowed.
This is a used cylinder with regulator valve. No prescrition is needed to buy and own this empty cylinder. It appears to be in good shape but being sold as is. It is empty and probably works just fine if you do intend to use it for oxygen it would be a good idea to have it inspected and you need to have an Rx for it to be used in that manor.
So again being sold as is and no Rx is needed to buy an empty cylinder and it is completely allowed by eBay to sell this.
