THESE ARE BRAND NEW COMPLETE UNITS.  This is the strongest motor mount made.
This newer version has more webbing to make it last longer as shown in the first photo.
Not all motor mount brackets have a spring as this one does.  The spring aids in keeping the belt tight (a must in my opinion).  You can replace a non-spring bracket with this type to improve belt performance.
