These lithium-ion cells are out of a 2012 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid vehicle. These are very high power cells that can discharge at a peak rate of 200+ amps for up to 10 seconds, and a continuous discharge rate of 100+ amps.
They are rated at 3.7 volts and 21.5 amp/hours capacity. They can be connected in series and parallel to create a larger battery of any voltage or capacity. The operating voltage range is 3.0v to 4.15v. They are enclosed in a heavy-duty all metal case for added safety.
The dimensions are 4" x 6" x 1" and the weight is 26 ounces.
These are used batteries so they might have slight degradation. They are discharged to approximately 3.5 volts for safe shipping.
