Vintage Burgess and Leigh Burslem Burleigh Ware 10" Lidded Vegetable Tureen

Description

This Nature Land Candles offering is for a Vintage Burgess and Leigh Burslem  Burleigh Ware 10" Lidded Vegetable Tureen.  The dish has a beautiful flow blue pattern with gold trim, which is in very good condition.  The dish is 12" wide with the handles, the interior is 8", 8" wide and 5 1/2" tall with the lid and 3 1/2" tall without the lid.  The bottom is marked with "Burleigh Ware, Burgess and Leigh, Burleigh, England". It is also has "Rd640176" stamped on the bottom.  The dish is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.  The inside of the bowl has 3 light brown marked which looked liked they were made when the bowl was manufactured.  I believe the bowl was made around 1920.   Pease see the pictures for details.
