Vintage Hot Air Balloon Shaped Green White Striped Art Glass Paperweight

I am selling the Antique or Vintage Paperweight.
This paperweight came from a recent estate, so I don't know anything about it.
It measures about 3 3/4" tall and the base is 2 5/8" in diameter.
The paperweight is a very pretty.
It is in good shape overall, but it does have a couple small knicks on one side (see photos).
There are no markings on the bottom that I could find.
